What is the standard shipping time for my order?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the United States.
Do you offer a warranty on lacrosse heads and shafts?
Yes, we offer a limited 6-month warranty on our performance heads and a 3-month warranty on our shafts against manufacturing defects and breakage during normal play.
What is your return policy for unused gear?
We accept returns on unused, resalable items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that customized items and used equipment are not eligible for return.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress.
Do you offer team discounts for bulk orders?

How do I know which stick length is right for me?
Stick length depends on your position and age. Attack and Midfield sticks are typically 40 inches total, while Defensive poles range from 52 to 72 inches. Check our Size Guide for specific recommendations.
